Summary
George Ondieki is a Veterinary Public Health and Preventative Medicine resident with
the Center for Animal Health and Food Safety in the College of Veterinary Medicine at
the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He has over 15 years’ experience serving as a
field veterinary officer in the Government of Kenya. He is an alumnus of ProgRESSVet
East Africa, (Cohort II). He has great passion for One Health activities; learning and
sharing scientific knowledge to transform communities through improved livelihoods.
